CR Self Service Website
Competitive Retailers (CR) that are registered to do business with AEP Texas are offered the use of AEP’s CR Self Service Tools.  The CR Self Service Tool is a web based application that allows registered users to do searches by address, ESI Id #, or meter number.  The site also allows the CR of record of an ESI Id to view usage history, TDSP usages (867.03) and invoice (810.02) data, meter test data, ESI Id liability history, rate and other information.  AEP also uses this website as our communication link for most notifications such as rate case information, weather moratoriums, market notices, outage notifications, tariff notifications, news media releases, etc, through the bulletin board. Use of this website requires a completed access agreement and a designated administrator to manage additional users of the same CR.
