Metering and usage history for Pilot Program Only
Interval metering is required for every account whose average monthly billing demand is 200 kW or greater. The cost of any interval metering facilities installed by American Electric Power to comply with this requirement shall be paid for by the customer. In addition, the customer shall pay a monthly net charge to cover incremental cost of operation and maintenance and meter data management associated with such interval metering.

If you require 12 months of use history on an account that currently has interval metering, please contact Provider support. The fee for any 12 month period of interval use history is $50. This information will be mailed to you on a floppy disk or via a file attachment to an e-mail.

Participant List for Pilot Program Only
Once you are licensed by the SCC, and received notification from AEP that you are a registered Competitive Service Provider in AEP's service territory, you will receive a copy of the Participant List as described in the VAEDT working group's plan. The format for this document can be found on their website www.vaedt.org. You will automatically receive a weekly e-mail with this file attached.

Usage History Authorization Form for Pilot Program or Full Choice
If you require 12 months of usage history on a customer prior to completing your State license and AEP registration, you must submit a signed authorization from the customer before AEP will release any customer information to you. The following file contains the approved format for this authorization. Once completed and signed by the customer, fax this form to the attention of Kathy Clark, VA Customer Solutions Center, at 304-562-4573. There will be no charge for requests on 25 accounts or less. If there are more than 25 accounts for which information is requested, you will be billed at a rate of $25 per hour based on the actual time to process these requests. The usage history will be mailed to the address named on the request form.
