Virginia Mass customer list
Once you are licensed by the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) for
Virginia Full Choice, you may request a copy of the Mass customer list. The
following document should be completed and mailed or faxed to Provider support
as directed at the top of the document. The Mass Customer list is available
to licensed CSPs today, however AEP has filed a tariff which would require
that a fee in the amount of $150 be paid for each Mass customer list CD-ROM.
This tariff has not yet been approved by the SCC, AEP will provide the CD-ROM
to licensed CSPs today upon request, and if the SCC approves our filed tariff,
we will bill each CSP who has previously requested the Mass customer list
the $150 fee at that time.
The Mass Customer list will be available every six months and be ready for distribution to CSPs on April 1st and November 1st each year. CSP's must complete a request form each time they wish to obtain the Mass customer list.

The Mass Customer list has NO delimiters, and each record contains 1273 bytes as a fixed length. This layout is effective beginning with the November 1, 2001 CD-ROM and is contained in the spreadsheet below. This layout file will also be included on the CD-ROM as well.
